My products are individually MADE TO ORDER and only by me. (Except for the metal-work pieces which are designed by me but made by my husband )
I take great care over each piece. This can mean that making time can vary depending on the volume of orders I have received.

STANDARD PRODUCTION for sewn items (hats and veils) is between 3-5 WEEKS
The metal and crystal combs and headpieces will usually take 1-2 WEEKS.

Rush orders are sometimes possible. Do send me a message to discuss which hat/headpiece/veil you are needing, and I'm happy to help if I can.

By making a purchase I will assume that you agree to the policies written here.

I reserve the right to substitute similar materials using in creating my headpieces, hats and veils if those shown in the pictures become unavailable. I would only do this rarely and only if the difference is small, and by careful consideration. (Be reassured I have huge pride in my work and would only do it with confidence that it was equally nice or nicer)

As I am also a Mum, sometimes there might be a very, very rare occasion when I have to slightly extend the making time (for example, if one of my kids is ill and not able to go to school). I thank you for your kind understanding, and I always do my absolute best to not have any delays at all!

Shipping

I use an international parcel service that is fully trackable and requires a signature on delivery. It goes through the British post office who then pass the parcel to your countries mail service for delivery. It often takes 7-14 days to USA, Canada, Australia etc. Its shown itself to be a safe reliable, affordable service (in my experience) with the majority of parcels getting delivered within this time.
However, please do be aware your parcel is NOT guaranteed to arrive within a certain time-frame and there always a chance there will be delays for customs etc. (Occasionally customs in both the US and Canada hold onto packages for 2-3 weeks. I assume they are doing 'spot checks' or similar. ) Royal Mail will not investigate delays for international deliveries until 6 weeks has passed. Packages going to remote areas are likely to take extra time.
*CANADA- There are currently issues with parcels being held in Canadian customs for up to 5 weeks! (August 2018) This is due to a new system that has experienced problems and led to a large backlog according to the Royal Mail . Canadian customers please do be aware of this if your wedding is in the new few months.
Although I will do all I can to help in the event of a problem, I can't be responsible for delays as Its simply beyond my control.

In the event of your countries CUSTOMS charging any fees then the buyer is fully responsible for these.
Each country is different, so do find this out if its a concern for you. This is your individual country's way of collecting sales tax, and each country has different systems, rules and limits.
It is illegal for me to state that the item is a 'gift' on a customs form, so please don't ask me to do that.

For delivery within the UK I use Royal Mail 'next day delivery' when the order is more than £90, otherwise it will be sent with 'first class signed-for' .

I will always pass on the 'tracking number' to you once the parcel is sent.
For a guaranteed 5 day service an international shipping cost is approximately between $47-$70 depending on the size and weight of the individual item. Contact me to discuss this option.

Please do be sure to check that the address on the invoice at the time of purchase is correct and is your current one. I can't accept liability for any problems relating to parcels being sent to an incorrect address as i'm sure you'll understand.

Additional policies and FAQs

Because my hats and veils are all genuinely hand made only by me, there were a few times last year when I had so many orders that I had simply had to 'close' to new ones for a week or two in order to catch up.
I really don't like having to do this ,but for the sake of my stress levels and to maintain quality it sometimes is unavoidable however hard I work.
This tends to happen in the run up to Summer, so its best to order early, as soon as you have decided you definitely want to make a purchase.
